Panoramic park
There is a fantastic piece of freeware available called Autostitch. It does pretty much what the panoramic image software does that comes with digital cameras, except that it does it fully automatic and a whole lot better. Here is an example of our sunny stroll near where we live. Downside of shooting towards the sun is of course that the colors get adjusted differently on that frame, but I was too lazy to correct it.

Relaxed Amsterdam

Everybody gets a free pass to the public transport from the event organizers, but this doesn't mean that there would be more capacity to actually take people around. After 45 minutes of queueing, I finally squeezed into this tram along with a few other people. There wasn't anything to hold on to, but falling down was never a possibility either.
What is IBC?

It's a trade show where TV and Movie industry look at the latest technologies. The expo is always in the RAI conference center in Amsterdam at early August.

Wedding day

It's a hotel and spa combined in a beatiful setting far enough from the city to create a serene atmosphere. On our ninth we followed the tradition and might have started a tradition of our own...

Still tallest - but not for long
19:51 03 August, 2006 03082006129-001 The Petronas twin towers scrape the sky highest still, but taller buildings are in the works elsewhere. These are an awesome sight at night viewed from the base - too dark for the phonecam, but beautiful to the naked eye.
